Weekly check ins, food log review and body composition. We will talk about wins and challenges, energy and managing hunger with a high protein/low carb meal plan, and make adjustments necessary to continue seeing progress so that you never feel stuck or alone.
Food guidelines to follow based on your nutrition consultation with Jolie plus access to a library of additional resources designed to help you with food logging, eating out, navigating social situations and travel, and meal prep so that you feel prepared for all situations that may come your way.
