EDUCATION - Learn WHY we need to make big, bold change in order to influence the expression of hunger.
SUPPORT - My sole purpose in being is to help guide you down the mildly scary path of lifestyle change! I won't leave you hanging. 
TOOLS - A deep dive into YOUR unique metabolic situation, and a comprehensive food list and meal plans that helps put it all together.
ACCOUNTABILITY - I teach you the fine art of self-accountability so you can graduate from my care, continue to thrive, and never diet again.
CHECK-INS - Weekly check-ins, food log checks, body composition analysis, 24/7(ish) email and text support. I'm a person, not a program, and we grow through this together. 
MOVEMENT - Movement & Mobility Assessment. Increase your joint range of motion and mobility. Find exercises that work for your body mechanics and that you enjoy.

We sign up with the best intentions, but then life gets in the way, and we disengage. 

Not this time. Sometimes it takes a re-education; an unlearning and then relearning of health concepts involving food, movement, and lifestyle. My all-time favorite sugar detox hacks are laid out in this 30-day program, delivered daily (emails) and weekly (webinars). 

Every day you'll receive an email. It will contain an educational lesson and task of the day. You might not always be able to execute on that task on that particular day. That's okay... Get to it when you can. Each of the daily tasks are meant to layer overtop of each other in a particular sort of way, so as long as you do your best to implement what's delivered as soon as you can, you're going to feel like a totally different person in just 30 days' time. 

Some of the tasks are big — like asking you to clean out your pantry and fridge and get rid of a few "food groups." Some of the tasks are small — like focusing on your breath for just 5 minutes. They're all important, and all tied to improving your metabolic function. 

Weight Loss Kickstart. 3 Week Program


Has your weight loss stalled? Let's kickstart it back up using a modified or mimicking fast for 5 days. Week 1 is getting you prepared. Week 2 is following the meal plan. Week 3 is setting you up for continued weight loss. 

Benefits you will experience with fasting: stimulates fat burning, boosts energy levels, improves insulin sensitivity, takes stress off the digestive system, reduces inflammation, reduces the risk of chronic disease.

Following this protocol for three months (5 day cycle per month) has shown to reduce body weight and body fat and improve body mass index. This kickstart may help you lose the excess unwanted fat while maintaining muscle and lean body mass.

Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.

The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.
