CHECK-INS - Weekly check-ins, food log checks, body composition analysis, 24/7(ish) email and text support. I'm a person, not a program, and we grow through this together.
MOVEMENT - Movement & Mobility Assessment. Increase your joint range of motion and mobility. Find exercises that work for your body mechanics and that you enjoy.
