Real Food Reset 8 Week Program helps you break the chains of processed foods and added sugars/bad oils so that you can get off the blood sugar roller coaster and lose fat, regulate hormones, and reduce inflammation. It's therapy for your metabolism. Stop dieting. Start living. 

EDUCATION - Learn WHY we need to make big, bold change in order to influence the expression of hunger.
SUPPORT - My sole purpose in being is to help guide you down the mildly scary path of lifestyle change! I won't leave you hanging. 
TOOLS - A deep dive into YOUR unique metabolic situation, and a comprehensive food list and meal plans that helps put it all together.
ACCOUNTABILITY - I teach you the fine art of self-accountability so you can graduate from my care, continue to thrive, and never diet again.
CHECK-INS - Weekly check-ins, food log checks, body composition analysis, 24/7(ish) email and text support. I'm a person, not a program, and we grow through this together. 
MOVEMENT - Movement & Mobility Assessment. Increase your joint range of motion and mobility. Find exercises that work for your body mechanics and that you enjoy.

Optional continuing coaching sessions after you complete the 8 weeks.
Fat Loss Kickstart. 3 Week Program


Has your weight/fat loss stalled? Let's kickstart it back up using a protein sparing modified fast 2 days/wk. Week 1 is getting you prepared. Week 2 is incorporating modified fasting days. Week 3 is setting you up for continued fat loss. 

This program is only recommend for those that have completed the Real Food Reset 8 Week Program.

Benefits you will experience with fasting: stimulates fat burning, boosts energy levels, improves insulin sensitivity, takes stress off the digestive system, reduces inflammation, reduces the risk of chronic disease.

Following the protein sparing modified fast protocol for 2x/wk has shown to reduce body weight and body fat and improve body mass index. This kickstart may help you lose the excess unwanted fat while maintaining muscle and lean body mass.

Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.

The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.
