Functional Yoga for Athletes at
Illete Fitness
- Improve balance, stabilization and mobility. Attention to breath and movement with basic poses.
Tuesday/Thursday: 12:15pm-12:45pm 30 min
Core HIIT at
Studio B
- 9 exercises done in intervals of 30 seconds. Total body workout in all planes of motion working on balance, strength, power and mobility.
Tuesday: 5:15pm-6:15pm
Hot Yoga at Purple Cliffs Wellness Center, Ste 202 (

- Infrared heat has many roles in the human body. These include detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure.
- It's not an overwhelming heat. Leave feeling rejuvenated!
